BTW: bittorent udp file transfer should be considert. That would speed up the file transfer drasticly!

Yeah, this was basically also what I wanted to try. However, hardware support for the poulsbo is like everywhere a pretty big disaster - thanks Intel. This was the main reason why I started looking at the virtualbox solution - however the speed there was pretty sad. So, you could try to toy around with native android x86 and vesa or uvesa-mode or as said with virtualbox. The usb thing shouldn't be too hard - at least not in oracle's virtualbox version -not so sure, if it works or is supposed to work in virtualbox-ose.

What did you try?

Good luck and please report back, if you find something out.

Best,
ulno

Hi you:
I was trying to install virtualbox on my sony vaio p using ubuntu software center and it works but there is no way to let vbox to use the usb connection.
The main idea was to virtualize an Android OS on the sony p but uptoday it was impossible.
I was looking for some videos or foros about android on a sony p and there is any.
A friend of mine has a toshiba AC 100 running android 2.1 and he says that the start up is in 2/3 seconds. I would like to test if android work in the same line into my sony p.
regards
