I have written a small converter from wikidot to moinmoin 1.5. I needed this, when I moved from wikidot to this wiki. It is not the very best (does not convert everything) but a good start. I release this under the MIT license. Download it here: wikidot2moinmoin.py Look at the code and modify the path variables in there to reflect your settings. Then run it and keep your fingers crossed! You need the Frame parser and the NewWindow macro installed to make the result work.
